How fortunate we've been to have Wes as our agent! We had a speedy timeline -- find a house fast, buy it within the couple weeks that we had available, and get all the finances timeline -- and we couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more competent guy. Wes's truly a gentleman, but don't let his helpfulness fool you; he means business, and he gets the job done. He's a superb agent who's down-to-earth and understands how folks on a budget need to operate. I'd employ Wes again if and when we need to do so; I can't recommend him enough. When the other party's agent wouldn't get her work done, Wes went to work, and he's been a pleasure dealing with. We really couldn't be happier! (You know when your southern mother-in-law likes him, he's a good fella!)

I would highly recommend Wes. He is great to work with. Quick to call you back. He stayed on top of and help work through all those pesky details. We bought a house with Wes help. He knew we had a lot that we were eventually going to put on the market. He called us to let us know it was time to put the lot on the market and it sold that weekend.

It was a great experience. He was a big help in working with us to getting the sellers to pay closing cost’s to ease the burden on us. He actively searched for homes within our budget and preferred area and was quick to work with us on scheduling tours of the homes we were interested in
